Hello Asanka,

There is no DR built in ACS, you must do it yourself.
A good approach could be running a zone off-site, take regular snapshots of the 
VM's volume(s) and restore them in the remote zone or just download them 
somewhere and keep them handy for any eventual restoration.

IP will need to be moved manually or just rely on DNS with low ttls (better).
