Then, supose that I need restore a backup VM (using Veeam) to "Cloudstack" env, 
the correct way that todo it is:


- Restore the VM into VMware Cluster

- Power off it

- Convert it into Template

- Import this template on CloudStack as VM.


is this!?

Not easily Carlos – it would take a lot of database hacking, and you are better 
off taking the VM offline, create template and importing it back into 
CloudStack.
