Perhaps you could check that the iso is being served from secondary storage, that was Ceph wouldn’t be involved. If it still doesn't work, please could you create a github issue for the problem. I have done more tests, I have two ACS installations, one has Primary Storage as Ceph RBD and the other as SharedMountPoint. The error is for the RBD pool (see log), everything works fine for SMP.
