Hi All Users, I'd like to get some feedback on an issue that has been bouncing around between developers for a while now.
The context is the end users' UI experience. When a function is unavailable because of something the end user can control ie VM is started or Stopped. Should unavailable actions be hidden, or visible but greyed out ?
