Hi Kevin We need to generate a new key in the Apache CloudStack repo as the old one is weak. Regarding the 4.12.0.0, it still on the releasing process. The 4.12 will be officially released when an e-mail (e.g. "[ANNOUNCE] Apache CloudStack 4.12.0.0") make it official on the CloudStack mailing lists.
