I never try on the version upgrade for cloudstack , but let say now using 4.14 on ubuntu 18, future upgrade to 4.15 and Ubuntu 20, will it be involve downtime etc . I saw other version of upgrade in cloudstack , it seem involve upgrade of systemvm, and software in mgmt server .
