Thanks for the respond. But I am not talking about host and storage tags, I am 
talking about the custom tag which we achieve via “CreateTags API” and give 
some key and value. I have explored the deployVirtualmachine API and it’s doest 
have any field which can create tags. 

So just wanted to explore the option field in deployVirtualmachine API, if you 
look on the deployVirtualmachine API, you will see a parameters called - 
“Details” - what’s the use of details and how can we use that ?
