ISCSi on KVM is painful, you end setting up, PCS cluster on KVM hosts and then add into your cloudstack as a primary storage. So if you have enough good resources to manage KVM hosts with PCS or clustered file system the you can go with it. But trust me if you can get rid of ISCSi and switch to NFS then it would be better ( In case you are planning to have KVM as a hypervisor ).
