Desired information is as follows,
  1.  Cloudstack version you are using
        *ACS 4.17.2*

  2.   Kubernetes version iso you had used (
http://packages.shapeblue.com/cks/)
        *setup-1.23.3.iso* and *setup-1.21.3.iso*

  3.  Which network you used to deploy the kubernetes ( isolated or shared
) ?
*       isolated*

  4.   Are you able to ssh to the master node and worker node from the
management server
        *No*. But VMs are pinging from the router.
