Hello, I actually managed to get it to work just by modifying the db.cloud.driver in db.properties on the management servers to jdbc:mariadb instead of the default jdbc:mysql. Maybe I didn't search properly but I really think this is not mentioned in any documentation of multi-management servers deployment. Anyway, all good now.
