Marty, are you talking about network rate limit? what is the value now (both in the UI and in the DB)? I think the value for unlimited is 0, but this is not relevant. You need to set it in the zone settings not in the global settings. But I tried it and that does not give the output I expect in the UI or the API, so I think you found a bug.
