Hi Piotr,

Me pleasure to help, and apologies for the incorrect answer earlier. Credit to
our CEO who brought it to my attention.

Indeed, 4.20 is a great release, and don't forget Dynamic routing, quite
exciting one. I designed it, am quite proud of that one :)

Cheers,
Alex

Hi Alex!
Very good news, thank you!
I can't wait for 4.20 for many reasons (backup to nas, ceph object and more).

Best regards,
Piotr

Hi Piotr,

Some good news for you, in ACS 4.20 what you described will be possible.

Have a read at:

BLimit%2BManagement

Cheers
Alex

Hi Piotr,

So, you have several primary storages with different backends and tagged as
such and you want to set a different limit for each of those storage types?
Did I get it right?

If that's the case, the answer is no. But that would be an interesting feature.

Cheers
Alex

Subject: storage pool resource limit

Hello,

I have a question about resource limits for primary storage.

At the moment, there is one option "Max. primary storage gb", however we have
several pools defined in our cluster: hdd, ssd, nvme etc.

Is there a possibility to limit resources per pool? It would be best if the
project could set a quote per primary storage.

Regards,

Piotr
