Just checked my network offering, and `service_offering_id` is set to NULL. The same as for all other network offerings. So should not be the issue. Still network restart did not help as VRs were recreated with default System offering. Then I removed my network and recreated it. And again got VRs with default System offering. Looks like the only way to have my VR system offering is to specify it in network offering directly. Please advise.
