Hello,
You can open ssvm to ping internet is ok or not.
- check global config sites as network ip x.x.x.x/32 where your iso file,
then restart mgmt server.
-also should be check your secondary storage is ok or not,  check from
cloud dashnoard secondary storage size show or not. If not show size then
reconfigure it again or restart nfs service.
