Had the same issue just yesterday. Nobody:nogroup can origin from the nfs-export not having the no_root_squash option active (OR using nfsv4 with default domain-string, like in my case, see: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/discussions/10841) Although activity here stopped a month ago, you (and others) might find it helpful.
