Hello.

We are in process of building templates to use in our CloudStack Xen cluster.

Ubuntu Server 22.04 (and other OSes like AlmaLinux) works without issue.
Ubuntu Server 24.04 hits a weird race condition where cloud-init works half the
times properly. Other half it fails to get a lease from networkd.
Cloud-init starts after systemd-networkd-wait-for-online, but once it does
that, networkd briefly loses its lease and renews it causing CloudStack
datasource to fail.

We're using CloudStack 4.20 and XCP-ng 8.2.1.
Has anyone had success with this?

Lugupidamisega / Best regards,

Joann Mõndresku
