Hi, I had this kind of issue with 8.2.0 and 8.2.1 until I figure in which log to look. Once looking at management-server.log on the proper server, the error message while trying to add the host where useful. In my case, it was because my management NIC was on a VLAN. It has to be on the default VLAN (1) to be able to add the host.
