Hi Levin, Is ‘showmount -e <shared-fs-ip> showing anything? What kind of network is it? You will see the SharedFS instance in the Instance List (It will be named ‘sharedfs-<SharedFSName>-..’). You can click on View Console on the Instance to login into SharedFS with root:password.
