When deploy or start a VM, ACS checks the cpu/memory capacity based on the total/allocated/used capacity on the dashboard. I think they are more important than the real cpu/memory usage of zone/cluster btw: the zone/cluster metrics only contains the cpu and memory usage, while listCapacity returns more information (storage, ips, gpu, cpu cores, etc) @SviridoffA What's your advise on it ?
