I have fully configured the Backup Framework in CloudStack 4.21, including a working Backup Service Offering using a NAS provider. The backups are created successfully — they appear correctly when using the API or CloudMonkey command list backups, and the job status is Completed. Steps to Reproduce Log in to the CloudStack Primate UI version 4.21.0 Go to Instances → select a VM → Backups tab. Click on a specific backup to open its details. Click Back (top-left corner).
