@SviridoffA You can start looking at below logs to start with. /var/log/cloudstack/management/management-server.log from Management servers /var/log/cloud.log from the console proxy VM Grep the above logs with console or better trace through the logs during the time of the issue. I can take a look at them as well if you can send them across.
