@patrick-jpg-668 I think you are saying that based on https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/7301 . The global setting is described as timeout for volume upload. But I remember this comes into play when uploading the template or ISO as well. I would start with increasing the value of this global setting to see if it makes any difference ( it doesn't have any side effect). If there is still an issue look at the management server log (/var/log/cloudstack/management/management-server.log) and /var/log/cloud.log from the SSVM to figure out what is causing the timeout.
