@poltraf are you able to ssh to the systemVM's using the steps here? https://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/latest/adminguide/systemvm.html#accessing-system- I understand the current bridge is br-srv-con, can you please confirm if you are using this bridge name in the public and management traffic labels of Physical network? Also, Secondary Storage is not mounted on the console proxy VM by design. However, the issue here is /usr/local/cloud being empty as you pointed out.
