Hello Team,

I am currently trying to implement Host HA for KVM, but it is not
functioning as expected and the host state remains *Ineligible*. We have
also mounted a temporary NFS share as primary storage, but HA still does
not work.

In earlier versions (prior to 4.19), a single NFS volume was
sufficient—after configuring HA on each host, powering off the physical
host would correctly move its state to *DOWN*, and the VMs would
automatically restart on another host.

However, with the current setup, when we shut down the host, its state
continues to show as *UP*, even after waiting for more than 1–2 hours.

Could someone please guide me in the right direction or suggest if we are
missing any configuration steps?
