@TadiosAbebe , the problem with this is that date is retrieved along different hardware and software systems (server/hosts , ACS/mysql). It is hard to make it reliaby standardised. Part of the responsibility must remain with the operator for that reason. Your note seems correct and I concur with adding it. My only concern would be, will it be enough? I do not see what we could do in terms of fixing.
