Hi, This is initial Investigation. So i used virter and replicated exact env as yours from the playbook. 1) System vm's Spinned up properly without issue. 2) Now the deployment of Ubuntu 22 and 24 vm didn't happened same issue. But all other template deployed Oracle Linux 9, Alma Linux 9, Debian 12 So i investigated further and renamed the .img of ubuntu 24.04 to qcow2 and reuploaded it as new template and its deployment worked. later i also used. qemu-img convert -f qcow2 -O qcow2 -c ubuntu-24.04-server-cloudimg-amd64.img ubuntu-24.04-optimized.qcow2 and uploaded this and tried and that also worked Let me check further as this was virter env. but atleast i am happy for now. (virter) 2) the official ubuntu .img even though qcow2 doesn't work with Linstor it works with NFS primary for deployment of instance. 3) Other than ubuntu .imgs every thing else work mostly .qcow2 templates. 4) adding volume works. 5) will check on actual host and will update later. this is tested with virter on single host. 6) i was unable to access the console due to my network forwarding thing. but i am sure it is working. 7) Uploaded logs. extra command needed in the poc doc #On main cloudstack-setup-management systemctl restart cloudstack-managment I have seen similar .img issue in proxmox forum somewhere.
