Hi prashanthr2 I agree, I migh have to blow away the database again and start from scratch. I'm using v4.2.2.1.0 Regarding the error ...I posted a screenshot fom /var/log/cloudstack/management/management-server.log showing the error outputed last week. Yes, both System VM's were in a running and active state, when trying to upload an ISO.
