Hi @marving123 . Its just for organization. I have a "system" account, that holds templates and builders (vms used to build templates like for ms windows server, etc). I also have an automated task that builds Linux templates from their original images, installing and enabling qemu-guest-agent. This tasks uses a specific cloudstack user + account but there is some templates that is under "admin" account as owner.
