No I don't want my cluster back. That's why I destroyed it. Did not know what config files it will delete. Thanks for helping.

If you ran pcs cluster destroy then, yes that will delete cluster.conf (at least it did when I just tried it) - which seems reasonable behaviour to me. If you want it back then you should either rerun pcs to create the cluster again or rescue the file from system backups I suppose.
