Using xalan in Cocoon version 2.1.3, i have problems to use umlauts etc. This is iirc a known bug (see http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24457)
So I decided to use xsltc, which works fine with umlauts. But I get an error using the sql-transformer. switching back to xalan, the pipeline with the sql-transformer works fine
Error: org.apache.xalan.xsltc.TransletException: org.apache.xalan.xsltc.TransletException: java.lang.NullPointerException
Who can help??
