Hi Mark, I've got the upload running in a hacked way. I'm still waiting for further info on how to get the filename manipulations correct. That's actually the reason for all the current problems.
Here's a corrected JAR file that works for me. You still need to set the full path in the config.xconf file as described by Geoff. Bert
