Sorry, but your English is extremely difficult to read/understand. Of course not everybody has English as his native language, but then you should provide code that speaks for itself, this means it is reduced to the minimum to see the problem. Also a more clear structure for your explanation would help:
What do want to achieve? I guess you want to deliver an XHTML page with embedded SVG.
What did your try so far? Shorten your sample as far as possible.
What does not work? ...
Otherwise it will be difficult to get help. Must people will probably ignore your mail.
