All is working fine now.
Diagnostic tool would have been useful but I was in a rush.

Hi, I'm using xinclude in my application and I have stragne behavior.
I develop with "eclipse 2.1.1" and when I run tomcat, all is working fine.
BUT, when I start tomcat with the startup.bat, I get a nullpointer exception causing by the xinclude.
I really don't understand.
Can you compare both installations by using the environment check: http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/faq.html#environmentcheck.
