[cforms] Binding union cases to collection

Is there a way to bind a set of union cases to objects in a collection? 
So each case is bound to an object in the collection based on an 
identity - similar to the way the same sort binding is handled for 
repeaters.

I would like to be able to pre-populate some elements in the union 
cases. The case is chosen by a selection list which is currently bound 
to the same collection.
