If you want to insert all the file and the file is static (no XSP tags) --> cinclude transformer (http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/userdocs/transformers/cinclude-transformer.html) or <xsp:include>
As you say "just some nodes" and/or the file you include contains XSP tags, i think you need some XSL, i suggest you make your owm XSP logicsheet that you call from your XSP.
