Sorry for my words before, I've tested AJAX feature in flowscript v2 successfully,and will do more test to find if it is stable,and portal use AJAX.

But I had lots of Ap develop by v2 flowscript,can't run in 2.1.8-dev even I do not use AJAX feature.
I choose v2 is that v2 had more functions and more flexibility than v1.
I had never seen v1 will be an official flowscript before,can you point it!

I don't think that v2 will ever support Ajax as we agreed that v1 will become the 'official' cforms flowscript api. We are aware that v2 and v3 have some functionality that hasn't been added to v1 which is one of the reasons why
Cocoon Forms hasn't been marked as (interface) stable yet.
