Please describe more of what you're trying to accomplish. Mouseover events are a client-side thing and don't get sent to the server & cocoon unless you have some javascript that explicitly does that. But if you're just asking about how to get mouseover coordinates in client-side javascript, perhaps this isn't the right forum. Please explain further.
