dynamic tabs, dynamic forms

Hello,     I am evaluating what web framework to use for my next project. The main thing is to be able to define tabbed panes dynamically, with dynamically defined forms in them. I’m not sure there is any framework with some nice facilities for this.   I would surely love some Scheme-in-Java framework for this, but I want something with good integration with Spring.   Thanks
