By using Saxon! :-) Xalan doesn't support Xpath 2.0.
See http://wiki.apache.org/cocoon/Saxon to get started. There's isn't
much to it. The note about removing META-INF from saxon.jar is
probably out of date, I don't think I've ever had to do that. I use
Saxon as the default XSLT transformer in all my Cocoon projects, and I
give that transformer the name "xslt". I don't think I have a Xalan
transformer configured at all.
