Nope!!! Back to square 1. I rebooted Jboss 4.0.3 and we're back to square
one!!:

java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
   org.apache.cocoon.components.serializers.EncodingSerializer.configure(
EncodingSerializer.java:168)

I am totally lost with this one!!
