Thanks Niels but I am not sure that is the fault.. I now get the error: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The value of attribute "action" associated with an element type "ft:form-template" must not contain the '<' character. when I try and use the CDATA wrapper in the stylesheet: <ft:form-template action="<![CDATA[#{$continuation/id}.continue}]]>" method="POST"> I think there might be a deeper problem.
