Thanks Jeroen. Yes, that's it. Browser's configured to use an HTTP Proxy. Can I configure anything on the cocoon end to deal with this? I had a look around and wasn't able to find anything. Heather

Could it be that your browser has a proxy configured for internet access? It seems cocoon can't reach the host from the internal http connection.
