As far as I know that's not possible without extra tool / code. Is it ?

Hi All
I want to use ImageReader to read jpg images (from file) and then to
serve as gif (or any other format like png, tiff etc). I'm unable to
find solution for that.
Please suggest and let me know how I can modify/convert mime-type for
the response.
