Funny, I asked the same question a month ago.
Someone did start working on this, and there is a branch for cocoon
2.1.x for this change, however, I see nothing in SVN or the ticket to
suggest where this task actually is.
I would be willing to lend my services to this task if I thought that it
would actually get released...

are there any plans on updating the dojo-version (0.4.3) that ships with
cocoon-ajax-impl ?
I want to use it with cocoon2.2 and cforms.
Any hints on how to update or load it from external sources are very
welcome :)
