We are *NEVER* going to support PAE for 32 bit builds. I do intend to
support 32 bit environments with 64 bit kernel builds, though, once
we start the 64 bit kernel work, and W^X will work for those
environments (because even with 32 bit user environments the kernel
page tables will still be in 64 bit mode).
