The only addition: along with project you'll also need a good reviewer.Just a 
person to blame you on all wrong formatting, redundancies, etc.Another good 
thing is well done sources. The good place to lurk onideas and realisations.
So, rephrasing the post below, the best way is to join serious projectand being 
ready for tons of negative reviews. :)
