Found the answer, by stracing KDevelop as it creates a new project. They are in /usr/pkg/share/kde/apps/kdevappwizard/template-common/incadmin.tar.gz which is in kdevelop-base. Pierre -- I believe in Yellow when I'm in Sweden and in Black when I'm in Wales.
