I set up cryptdisks and rebooted. It asked for the password, and when I typed it it mounted the partition. I have two suggestions, though: *Up the number of password tries. I think Ubuntu allows three. DFly allows only one. *Set the keyboard layout before starting cryptdisks. I touch-type Dvorak and had to look at the keys when typing the password. Someone whose password is in, say, the Greek alphabet would be totally unable to type it.
