Maven has moved out of incubator status. I have attached a pom that
shows how you can access cxf 2.1.
I still have the incubating repo in my pom. But it is not necessary for
cxf anymore.
You find the cxf 2.1 jars in the standard repo
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2.
