Dear Aegis Enthusiasts, I just checked in a sample for using Aegis outside of CXF. I make no claims that this is pretty.
If any of you are interested in contributing in this area, there is most assuredly room for someone to make changes to Aegis to make it smoother. Which is to say, I don't think that any existing CXF committers are likely to put effort into smoothing this out in the forseeable future.
